Music! Since the age of 12, Michael has been playing drums and percussion. All life is rhythmic and aligned to cosmic rhythms (day & night, the seasons, the planets and the stars). At its core, the body is sound, i.e. a field of vibration and resonance. There is an aspect of healing that has to do with deep listening to the rhythms of the body, rhythms that run deeper than the breath and the beating heart. The practice of Reiki opens up your ability to “listen” to these rhythms with your hands and your whole energy body.
