Self-help Meditation
Meditation has been practiced throughout history in almost every known culture. It is an effective way of stilling the mind through simple techniques. In the meditative state we can transcend the limitations and habits of the mind and become aware of what we are that is more than our thoughts, more than our habits, more than the roles we play.

I love teaching meditation. It is like showing people a gold mine on which they have been sitting all the time without realizing. Meditation is fun and easy to learn!

Meditation is about creating access to an inner happiness that does not depend on external things. This is why learning how to meditate has been one of the most rewarding investments in my well-being.

I soon began to experience the profound benefits and finding the time to practice was much easier than I thought! Meditation takes only a little time (10 to 20 minutes) to practice every day.

The Silent Mind meditation course is being taught in two three-hour parts on two seperate days.
